When a Co-Signer Isn’t an Option

For many young professionals, having a cosigner is key to securing a place, yet in many instances, such cosigners are hard to find. Sometimes you have family members with stable funds who cannot cosign because they live overseas, which eliminates them as qualifiers. Some young professionals have never paid their own phone bill or gotten their own credit card, which means they have no established credit history. For others, they may not have a stable work history, which may disqualify them from being able to sign a lease without a cosigner. For one single upfront fee, we will be the guarantor to help you qualify and secure your very own apartment. How MyGuarantor Works

1) How do you actually help me secure an apartment?

If you apply to lease an apartment and get disqaulified due to factors such as poor or no credit history and need a cosigner and were unable to secure one, we could be the cosigners to assist in securing your place.

2) How much is the fee?

The upfront fee is usually 1k, and this fee is to be paid once your landlord provides confirmation that they would accept us as an organization to sign on as your cosigner.

3) What happens if I cannot pay rent?

Upon us becoming your official cosigner, you would sign a legally binding contract with the organization which states terms and conditions that are to be enacted if rent does not get paid.
